in recent years, the aquatic products exported by China have been repeatedly resisted by importing countries. The main reason is that enterprises and businesses do not pay attention to the packaging of aquatic products
among aquatic products processing and export enterprises, only a small number of enterprises have seriously studied the outer packaging of products, while most enterprises still have various vague understandings about the outer packaging of products. Some enterprise operators even believe that only their own quality of exported aquatic products is the key to everything. However, facts have proved countless times that the loss of aquatic products export occurs not only in the quality of products themselves, but also in the quality of outer packaging. Third, the packaging logo pattern and text description did not meet the requirements and regulations of the importing country, which eventually led to the product "return without negotiation". Nowadays, some countries have increased the packaging inspection standards of aquatic products from several or more items to dozens, and some indicators have even been refined to the printing level of packaging. For example, as long as a label is missing on the package, no matter how good the quality is, it will still be returned. At present, some technical standards on packaging will even be harsh enough to become an insurmountable trade barrier, causing disaster to export enterprises
it can be seen that paying attention to the packaging quality of aquatic products is by no means a trivial matter. It is a major issue related to the survival of enterprises and businesses, which must not be taken lightly. In particular, export-oriented enterprises must take the packaging quality of aquatic products as a major event. While trying to expand the export of aquatic products, we should also pay attention to drawing on and importing foreign advanced processing and packaging equipment and other hardware facilities. At the same time, we should actively develop packaging technology software, and use advanced fresh-keeping, anti-corrosion, transportation, processing and packaging technologies to change the current situation of losses to enterprises due to poor packaging, and strive to improve the added value of products. In addition, in view of the existing "packaging barriers", we should constantly understand the new trends of packaging at home and abroad, study and explore new packaging materials, new processes and new technologies at home and abroad. We should not only pay attention to collecting the new requirements for packaging in the international market, but also speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading, especially technical inspection; During the construction process of the project, the requirements and standards of export commodity packaging should be stipulated, and it is more necessary to study and understand the environmental protection requirements of the importing country for packaging, as well as the traditional cultural customs of the importing country and the requirements for packaging patterns, words and taboos, so as to achieve the goal of "seeing the guests and serving the dishes"

1, fish preservation

This kind of canned live fish is easy to carry, clean and delicious
3. Packaging for transporting live shrimp
Japan has developed a special packaging container for transporting live shrimp koji. The packaging container uses polyethylene as the ancient layer and foam polystyrene as the outer layer. Put crushed ice between the two layers. The wateriest outer layer should be prevented from being damaged. Put it in the polyethylene tank where live shrimp move. Put a certain amount of rose killing and disinfecting sea water. Jing Jingfan a certain amount of oxygen. Then seal it tightly with a cover. With this method, the survival rate of live shrimp can be maintained at 90% within 24 hours even if the external temperature is higher than 40 ℃
